Idly Recipe

Ingredients:

Idly rice - 4 cups

Urad dhal - 1cup

Fenugreek - 1tbspn

Method:

Wash rice and uradhal and soaks for 5 to 6 hrs.

Soak rice, urad dhal, feenugreek seeds separately . 

Grind urad dhal n fenugreek seeds in grinder.  10 to 15 mins interval
Split water and grind till it gets fluffy. 

Take urad dhal batter inia vessel n add rice in grinder and grind it to semi smooth batter. 

After grinding mix both urad dhal n rice batter together.

Allow the batter for fermentation (8-12)hrs.

Now you can prepare spongy n soft idlie.
